​1. Return Eligibility

​Since Embroiderysoft.com provides digital embroidery software and downloadable files, we do not accept returns of digital goods once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.


​2. Return Window

​As our products are digital and cannot be physically "returned" to our inventory, there is a 0-day return window for non-defective items. However, we offer a 14-day window for reporting technical issues or defective files.


​3. Defective or Corrupted Files

​If you receive a file that is corrupted, non-functional, or does not match the product description:

  • ​Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • ​We will provide a replacement file or a technical fix within 3 business days.
  • ​If the technical issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

​5. Return Shipping & Fees

​Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees associated with your purchase.
