1. Return Eligibility
Since Embroiderysoft.com provides digital embroidery software and downloadable files, we do not accept returns of digital goods once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.
2. Return Window
As our products are digital and cannot be physically "returned" to our inventory, there is a 0-day return window for non-defective items. However, we offer a 14-day window for reporting technical issues or defective files.
3. Defective or Corrupted Files
If you receive a file that is corrupted, non-functional, or does not match the product description:
- Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- We will provide a replacement file or a technical fix within 3 business days.
- If the technical issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees associated with your purchase.
